Hello Sweet Friends!!
Making a stunning Ranunculus arrangement is fast, easy and fun! Whether you are creating an arrangement for a special occasion or to take away the winter blues… there is nothing more beautiful than spring flowers on a cold winters day.
Ranunculus petals form delicate circles that remind me of buttons. They have to be one of my absolute favorite flowers.

Carsbad Flower Fields…
Are where my love for ranunculus started when we lived in southern California. They have over 50 acres of Ranunculus growing. It is a sight to behold!!
Ranunculus Bouquet…
is such an easy project. I am going to share with you step by step instructions on how to make this stunning centerpiece.
Where Can I Buy Ranunculus …
All of
I am including links to all the florals I used from Petal Driven to help you create this look.
Items you will need for this arrangement:
- Ranunculus ( I used Petal Driven ~ Ranunculus Cloony mixed)
- Vessel for the arrangement ( I used a soup tureen… see link below with a similar style)
- Scissors
- Water
Once you have your vessel picked out. You now need to fill your container with fresh water for your flowers.
Let’s start creating our Ranunculus arrangement…
Now that your vessel is filled with fresh water we can start adding our beautiful Ranunculus. I used Ranunculus Cloony Mixed from Petal Driven. It is a mix of soft pinks, hot pinks, white, burgandy, yellow, and orange. I would have to say the soft pinks are my absolute favorite!! Petal Driven has so many colors and varieties of Ranunculus… you can choose your favorite. Here is a link to all their Ranunculus.
Remember to cut all your stems off at least 1 – 2 inches at a diagonal to give them a good way to take in water. Remove all leaves that will be below the water level to protect from bacteria growth in your water.
You may need to cut the stems shorter depending on where they are going in the arrangement. Eyeball the stem against the arrangement to give you an idea of the length you need. Always start longer, it’s easy to cut more… but once too short you cannot go back.
This Ranunculus arrangement is
No special tape or tools need… just keep layering.
Eventually, you will continue to layer and reach the top. You can add flowers to fill in any holes.
That is it!! SOOOO simple!!
Ranunculus Arrangement Care …
can be prolonged by trimming these beauties regularly and washing out the vessel. Add fresh water to give them a good drink. With proper care, these flowers can last up to 14 days. Make sure when you fill the vase, the stems are covered by 3-4 inches of water or more.
This Ranunculus arrangement is absolutely breathtaking in person. It is one of my favorite arrangements I have ever created. It was so easy, fast and fun!!
